    All apartments have a spacious south-facing balcony ranging from 15m² to 30m² which offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape and the town of Schruns in the valley. From UplandParcs Silvretta it is a short walk (approx. 600m) to the valley station of the Zamang Bahn, with a lift leading to the Silvretta Montafon area. In Schruns you will find shops and cosy restaurants. If you're up for more, the next village is only a 10 minute drive away. There is more than enough to do in the Montafon valley. The Silvretta pass "Hochalpenstraße" is also an absolute must, it is only a 30-minute drive from the apartment.

    UplandParcs Silvretta consists of two identical buildings with a parking garage underneath. You’ll find only six apartments on four floors, all of which can be reached by elevator from the parking garage. This guarantees a small scale and exclusivity. The apartments each have two to three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, a private storage room on the first floor and a private parking space in the parking garage. The luxurious character is emphasized by the fact that each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, and a sunshower. The penthouses also have a wood-burning stove in the living room. The parking garage features a heated ski storage and bicycle storage.
