UplandParcs Silvretta - Your luxury holiday home in Austria

Quietly situated on the outskirts of the village of Schruns in Vorarlberg-Austria, you will find UplandParcs Silvretta. The 12 flats are divided between two identical buildings and can accommodate 6, 8 or even 14 people. From 23.12.2021 we may welcome our first guests! From 23.12.2021 onwards, we can welcome the first guests!

A private parking space in the in-house own parking garage ensures a relaxed arrival. From here you can reach the flat comfortably by lift or stairs. The electronic door locks make it easy to check in with a numerical code, which you will receive in advance.

Facilities

Enter the flat through the inviting, bright hallway, which leads you directly into the cosy living area. Here you will also find the luxurious kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with its high-quality equipment. Next to the seating area is the dining table, where the whole family can sit. The light-flooded room offers an impressive view of the mountains through its large windows.

All flats also have a spacious south-facing balcony (25 m²), which offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the village of Schruns.The harmoniously furnished bedrooms with double bed or bunk bed for 3 persons invite you to linger and relax. The modern bathroom convinces with its floor-deep shower and an infrared sauna. The penthouses also have their own wood-burning stove in the living room. There is also a general heated ski room or storage room for your bicycles.

Location & leisure facilities

The cosy centre of Schruns with shops and several restaurants is only a 20-minute walk from the flat. The valley station of the Zamang cable car, which provides access to the Silvretta Montafon ski area, is 600 metres away. This is one of the 10 largest ski areas in Austria with 67 lifts and 221 km of slopes. The multiple award-winning Snowpark NovaPark, beautiful practice areas for the little ones, a large selection of groomed cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails & the longest illuminated (evening) toboggan run in Vorarlberg (5.5 km) are also close by. In summer, the flats are an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours & mountain bike tours. Two golf courses and 6 swimming pools are also in the immediate vicinity.
