UplandParcs Winterberg is a luxurious holiday park in one of the most beautiful spots in Sauerland. The holiday homes are centrally located within walking distance of the ski area in Winterberg. Here you will find 27 km of ski slopes and Erlebnisberg Kappe. Also, the centre of Winterberg with restaurants and shops and pure nature with many hiking and mountain bike trails are all within reach from your holiday home.

This holiday villa with 4 bedrooms offers space for 8 people. The bright and spacious living room with a stove has a cozy sitting area and a large dining table. From the living room you can reach the terrace facing south. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils so that you will not lack anything. Enjoy a relaxing moment in the wonderful sauna. Downstairs you will find the first bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The spacious hallway on the first floor leads to three bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony facing south. The bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds and plenty of cupboard space. The second bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Skis and bicycles can be stored in the private storage room attached to the house. There is a reception desk and a bakery in the holiday park. Here you will also find a charging station for electric cars and a playground.

Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and bachelor parties. In case of a noise complaint, you may be denied access to the accommodation. We charge a deposit of one hundred euros per person for groups of 6 or more. If children are part of your group, no deposit will be charged.
